problems accessing ebay.co.uk

i am having problems accessing ebay. the system just
hangs after a few seconds. sometimes i get an error
message "error on page" sometimes not. very occationally
i get access.

any ideas please

Thanks for your reply, spent 45 mins on with eircom tech
support today no change, they gave up. Hope somebody can
help,

Steve,
I sorted the problem by downloading spybot free, ran it
once and ebay reappeared. Just look up free spybot.
