Problem

As of late I am continually having to control-alt-delete
as I get "Microsoft Internet Explorer not Responding" I
am not technical and do not know how or who to go to
concerning this problem. In fact I am not even sure how
I will receive a reply on this.

I expect Jim wants to use his computer, not spend all his
time finding out obscure technical details. Rather like a
lot of us. Anyway with your attitude, why the hell are you
