problem

when i turn my computer on for some reason my computer hangs at welcome and
then a message appears"can not find mcafee32exe"and when i search for the
file it is not there.it has only happened in the last 2 weeks i would like to
fix my computer and have it back to the way it was.please help.

Mcafee32.exe, despite its name, is a worm - you want to remove it. See:

Sounds like it's been removed. only thing left to do now is remove the registry
entry trying to load it. Then run a virus scan and removal.
And being related to IRC, I'd say check your drive for a lot of unknown new
files in new folders.
