after i upgraded my windows xp home edition to xp pro my pc got a bug i cant go on it it wount work. what should i do

1)which anti-virus software are you using..
2)learn to give pertinent facts..
3)learn how to post a definitive header...
4) lot's of things...
5)best best...take that machine to a local shop...
