problem

a screen with a lot of info on it scrolls real slow , to
the point where you have to let the screen catch up to
the cusor.it did not usewd to do this . i have norton
antivirus and when i scan i does not show any viruses.

This is not enough information presented clearly enough for anyone to
give you assistance. Please post back explaining exactly where you see
this screen (what program are you running?) and what the "lot of info"
on it is.
