I am trying to defrag my hard-drive. When I scan disk for
errors it says there is another program running. I can't
find out what program is running or how to shut it down.
I believe the problem is with Explorer but it doesn't show
that its running.
 
Did you shut off your screen saver? Could be it. If that
doesnt work, you could always run derag in safe mode.
