Problem with XP SP2

I installed SP2 with IE6 running. All seems OK, except
when I shut down the computer, I always get the error
message "End Program Socket Notification Sink". I have to
manually end the program before the computer shuts down.
This does not happen in the safe mode. I have tried one
by one to disable all programs running in the background
except for windows system programs.

Help, please?

My computer had a fatal blue screen error after I
installed SP2. I was on the phone with tech support for 3
hours trying to figure it out. Still not working
properly. I have to call back, but the wait is
unbelievable. Many people are having problems with SP2.
It should be called DSP2 (Dis-Service Pack 2). Good luck.
