Problem with XP Pro Only certain services start

I have a laptop that was cleared of viruses and spyware a month ag
but a problem has started occuring where nothing appears in th
network connections folder and no printers appear in the printer
folder
When i check the services there are only 9 running
I am starting in Normal mode, but it looks like the services that ar
starting are the ones that would start in safe mode
I cleared the Application Event log and restarted and thses are th
errors appearing

Any help would be greatly appreciated as this is driving me ma

Just a hunch, but try clicking on Start/Run and typing in msconfig and
pressing enter. Verify that in the System Configuration Utility Normal
Startup is selected.

Yeah, checked that already, It's running in normal startup
