Problem with windows.

I've a new computer that at first worked flawlessly, but
has devoloped a prolem that seems minor, but to correct
another problem, has become rather an issue.

The proboem is this: When I right-click on a folder and
select the option of "properties" in the menu, nothing
happens. I truly do need a solution, as i need this
option to correct another issue related to my Palm.
