when my computer starts up and runs RUNDELL pops up with
this message"Error loading C:/Program 1/common
2/address1/cnbabe.dll" this message then keeps popping
up , how do I correct this problem?

Sounds like you have some spyware installed, probably a Browser Helper
Object for Internet Explorer. I would recommend downloading and running
something like Adaware or Spybot Search and Destroy.
