It seems unlikely to me that the above is the exact spelling of the error
message. For instance, if it really says "Rundell" then your computer is
badly infected.

To get more specific help, please provide the *exact* text of the error
message. Otherwise, manage your Startup matrix:

Start>Run>msconfig [enter]

This brings up the System Configuration Utility. Look on the Startup tab and
find the probable culprit. Uncheck the box next to its name, Apply and OK
out. You don't need to restart immediately, but the next time you do you'll
get a dialog saying you've used the Utility. Just tick the box that says in
effect, "don't bother me about this again".

Important - Do not use the System Configuration Utility to stop processes.
Instead, use Start>Run>services.msc [enter] and do not stop any services
unless you really, really know what you're doing.

Download this tool "AutoRuns for Windows" to remove the entry from the start
up apps:
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb963902.aspx

On the registry Editor locate these Keys:
[-] HKEY_CURRENY_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run =
in the right Pane/windows locate this
"c:\windows\system32\pool driver w 32 .86.e l runtime cll" remove it
from there.

The same with this Key:
[-] HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run =
n the right Pane/windows locate this
"c:\windows\system32\pool driver w 32 .86.e l runtime.dll" remove it
from there.
If not we need the exact message to be able to help.
