rundll keeps popping up

The following error message keeps popping up
<Error loading C:\PROGRA~1\COMMON~2\ADDRES~1\cnbabe.dl
The specified module could not be found.
I have removed some of the application program, and it still pops up
It seems some program trying to run but can not find the dll process
How can I stop this error message, or how can find the application that run
without me konwing it
Hope someone can help
