Problem with windows Update

The error listed below comes up when i try to update, and i am now
experiancing a problem where when i try to access one of my driving programs
it suggests that i should log on as an administrator - i am the
administrator!!
Please help

Another cause for Administrator only message can occur if a program on your computer
