Problem with Windows Sidebar

Hi all,

I've got some weird problem with my sidebar here. Everything was working
perfectly fine until today. After starting up my laptop, my sidebar was
totally black, no blending or anything, and I couldn't see my gadgets. Well,
I could only see my clock, which was against the totally black sidebar
background. I tried to drag it out but it didn't work. Then, after
restarting, its still the same, but my clock ended up undocked, and my
performance meter thingy was working, but I couldn't drag it out too.

try going into classic theme
and then back to avista aero...

you must understand that although is supposedly released,
its still in beta quality..

Hi there,

Thanks for your tip. Actually I just got it to work after uninstalling some
stuff. But the sidebar was still running pretty slowly. After switching to
Windows Classic and back, it seems to be much better now. Thanks again!
