problem with windows installer

Hello,

I'm having a problem with Windows Installer.
It is Error 1721, but I ca'nt find anything about it.
I did find an article about Error 1719, but that doesn't
help. Does anyone have a clue ?

There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A program required
for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your support
personnel or package vendor.

You need to contact the maker of the software you are trying to install. If
its Microsoft's software please post in the newsgroup for that specifc
program.
