Hi, recently I started to have problem with my Window XP Pro. It seems that
from time to time my computer would automatically reboot itself and when it
loads up window it automatically reboot itself again. The only ways that I
found to bypass that problem is to either start window in safe mode or turn
the computer off for 10 to 20 mins and turn it back on again. However this
problem seems to happen more and more often after 2 weeks. At first it seem
to only occur when I am running multiple application (dling a file while
watching a movie) but now it occurs even when I try to read my email. I
disabled the automatic restarts windown on system failure option and got the
following error msg:
Stop: 0x0000008E (0xc0000005, 0xa646dac2, 0xa6b9b400, 0x00000000)
navex15.sys - affress a646dac2 base at a63fd000, datestamp 4386982c
sometime I also get the following error msg:
stop: 0 0000008e (0x80000003, 0xf75c436f, 0xa394d714, 0x00000000)
ndis.sys - address f75c436f base at f75c1000, datestamp 41107ec3
Any help on this topic would be greatly appreciated.
