Problem With Volume Hot Keys

Today I bought a "Microsoft Optical Desktop with Fingerprint Reader", and it
seems like the volume +/- hot keys aren't working. Any one been thru this??

Did you install the "enhanced" keyboard drivers (Intellipoint) CD?

Make sure you have up to date audio card drivers installed, in addition to
the Intellitype 5.2 software (which is available here -
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...83-870e-4e1d-be81-cb467620df61&DisplayLang=en )
