Some Keyboard Keys not functioning

Sorry if I posted this in the wrong topic of the forum but, I jus
bought a new keyboard (Microsoft Optical Desktop with Fingerprin
Reader) and the media keys, volume keys, and my favorite keys doesn'
seem to function. I'm sure I installed in the software and hardwar
correctly, all the other keys work fine except those. I'd greatl
appreciate it if someone can help me make those keys function

Thats classic symptoms of not installing the
software properly, only the standard keys work.
