problem with virtual memory (i think) HELP!

its strange, but after i turn my comp on for 30 mins, it loses all virtual memory and i cant run anything at all. i was affected by the sasser virus and it has absolutely shred my comp to bits. no applications can run and i cant even load the start menu because there is no memory left! ive had to resort to using another comp.

If your system is totally compromised, you need to start with a virus scan:
