Problem with video in PPT

HI,

I have PPT with video embedded showing perfectly fine on the computer screen
but the video frame remains blank when displayed with a DLP projector.
(while rest of the text on the slide displays fine). Video by itself works
fine and all other presentations without video work fine too.

Is there any setting and specification to deal with this? Any clues please?
