Problem with user account

First i had administrator as my default account. I created a new user account
with computer administrator as account type. Now i dont want to use any
account except the administrator. But the prob is that im not able to see
the administrator account when i start my computer. I want the steps on how
to change the user account back to administrator with all the user accounts
deleted. Can anyone help me?

Press Ctrl+Alt+Del twice at the login screen, and you'll be able to login to the
Administrator account, assuming you know the password.
