Problem with title animations

I hope you can help me with a problem I'm having with Movie
Maker 2.
The Title Animations do not work When I select an
animation, I only
see a 'empty preview'. The preview is running, but the only
thing I see is
a blue screen. I searched on the internet for information
about this problem,
but I can't find anything

Does this problem sound familiar to anyone?

Reinstalling Windows. It really works. Other solutions are rather dubious.
