Problem with startup

I hate to ask a question so silly.

I have done something to my startup and can't display anything other than a
form.

I can't see my tgable, queries, etc.

Can't figure out what I've done to get myself messed up.

Any suggestions?
 
Hold your shift key down when opening and then go to TOOLS > STARTUP and make
sure the DISPLAY DATABASE WINDOW checkbox is checked, if you want the db
window to be there when you open the database.
