Problem with Start...All Programs

When I click Start...All Programs, I get four complete columns of folders
and descriptions. I only see a about half of the folders in the fifth
column, and of course nothing at all of the sixth and succeeding columns (if
there are any). I would expect to get a slider bar at the bottom or maybe
the right when I see All Programs. The end result, of course, is that I
don't have any access to programs beyond the fourth column.

Do I need to tweak something?

Ernie,
Please elaborate the problem if you can and give exact information. That
would help alot.

I thought I stated it pretty well. Actually, I only see the left half of
the little folder itself in the fifth column; I can't see what's there
unless I do a mouseover.

The problem is that I can't see beyond the fourth column. I want to have a
slider or something so I can scroll the list.

There is no slider. If you are using a low resolution like 800x 600 and
your monitor will handle it, use a higher screen resolution (which may
or may not do it for you). Or else do as Dixonian suggested and
organize your Start Menu better. You can shorten names, make folders to
organize programs, etc. An example might be for you to make a Graphics
folder and put all your graphics-related programs in there. Do the same
for Office/Productivity, etc.

If you right-click on the Start Button, you can Explore your Start Menu
and make new folders, rename things, drag-copy/move.

Hey Ernie,
Ya dumb me dint understand the scenario the first time. But now i do. Try
using the classic view for the start menu. Note: This may or may not help. A
permanent solution for the ever increasing list is the one specified by Malke
and Dixonian.

Hope this helps
