Problem with Smart Card Reader driver.

I got a problem with installing a driver for ACR38 smart card reader.
After installing a driver I get an error that device driver can not
start. Almost the same error can be seen in setupapi log. What is
strange is that the same device installs perfectly under Windows XP
Pro, with out any problems. I have checked all dependences and it
seems to be OK, and btw. other card readers working perfectly except
this one. Is it such a big difference between libraries in XP Pro and
XPe and have any one had the same problem before?

I'm using Windows XPe + SP2 + FP2007.

When you imported the INF file, were there any errors or warnings in the
output log?

The only error I found was in setupapi log: Device not started: Device
has problem: 0x0a: CM_PROB_FAILED_START. Also it was a warning about
incorrectly signed driver, but it should not be a problem.
