problem with signing on

lately whenever we sign on to web, windows installer
window pops open, we click on cancel, then get window that
says "the feature you are trying to use is on a cd-rom
insert Do More - Home disk & click ok" we have to click
cancel in that window, it pops open again & we click
cancel again then can sign on to aol - any help why this
happens? thanks
 
klook in your autostart or go to start->run->msconfig and
then in the startup/task

there can be programs instaklled which are not wanted by u
