I have a problem while shutting down a windows Xp home
edition machine. When i clicked on shutdown previously a
dialog would appear which would display 1)Log off 2)
Restart 3)Shutdown . But recently this dialog appears but
very small and there is nothing i can do to expand it. It
does not show me any of the buttons mentioned above. So i
have to press ALT+CTRL+DEL to shutdown or restart the
machine. Plz help me solve this problem.

Is this recent enough to use System Restore? Start button, programs,
accessories, system tools. Choose a date before the problem began.
