I have come across this problem as well. I had posted this under Unable to
see network. Since their are two of us with the same problem maybe it is a
common MS Bug!

I may have stumbled upon something but I'm not sure what it means. Using
the wizard to setup a home network I just change the Workgroup name then
proceed to the end and as it is trying to complete the process I get a
spooler error. The process completes but this doesn't make sense since I am
not doing anything to the printers.
Any ideas anyone?

Peer to Peer
Linksys Cable/DSL Router with no additional firewalls.
Computer 1 is XP Pro and Computer 2 is XP Home. These computers can see
each other ok and go out on the internet.
Computer 3 is XP Pro and use to work on the network fine. It can still go
out on the internet however, it has stopped seeing the other computers. I
also get access denied and path can't be found, however there is no server
on the network. I can ping to them fine and map a drive to computer 1 as
\\192.168.1.20\ my documents which works fine.
I have changed the name of the computer and the workgroup name but no
improvement.
Any Ideas,
Thanks,
Joe

I have Computer#1 hooked up to a Linksys wireless router directly and
Computer#2 is connected with a wireless PCI adaptor. My internet connection
on both computers is running fine. When I try to network the computers by
running the Network Wizard on Computer#1, I'm getting an error message. It
says that there is a problem with the Spooler Subsytem App. I click OK and
then the wizard continues. I run the wizard on Computer#2 and it runs fine.
Then when I try to see the computers in my workgroup, nothing shows up. Any
thoughts on what I can do?
