problem with sending e-mail

I'm having this same problem. I have Norton Antivirus on my computer. I
looked up the settings in Norton and turn off the e-mail scanning, but this
didn't fix the problem. I try sending e-mail and they are just collecting in
my outbox but now sending.

Any error message when you try to send?

Can you open the Outbox folder and either move or delete the emails
that are in there now? If one of them won't move or delete, apply this
