Problem with screen configuration.

My brother messed up the configuration of my Voodo 5 card (I'm working on XP
Pro) and since then when I try to open up the computer, the screen would show
whats going on just before the XP loads.
After the XP loads I can hear the OS working through the speaker and to
restart/shut down/put in sleep mode with the keyboard shortcuts, and
practicly do anything, except seeing whats going on.
The screen is stuck on the the picture before the windows loads.

I also tried to run it through Safe Mode but it also gets stuck.


Any help on how to configure the screen card without running windows?
Or if anyone recognizes the problem and its something otherwise please help.
