Problem with Recall in Outlook 2003

When recalling a message the item never leaves the clients Outbox. This only
with users that log in with their Admin account and access their regular
accounts mailbox. So this problem looks to be permission related.

We have Outlook 2003 SP1 on the desktops.

The Admin account has the following permissions to the regular mail attached
account:
Delete Mailbox Storage
Read Permissions
Full Mailbox Access
Associated External Account

Does anyone know what permissions need to be added for this to work properly.

The recall feature in Outlook is extremely fragile. It works only under
some very specific conditions and even then, reports are that it isn't very
reliable. Many people don't use it for that reason.
