problem with re-booting

hi,
when i choose to restart windows, it never do it. I have
to reset.
If I choose close computer, it works fine.

This happened even during the installation of XP

someone can help ?

Try this...

Write down the time then and restart windows (it will fail).
Reset and reboot.
Look in the System and Application Event logs to see if there is an error
recorded at the time you wrote down (See Event Viewer in Help and Support)
