problem with PLAY ALL function

Can anyone help,when I'm in "my music" and have opened my music folder the PLAY ALL function does not respond and it's the same problem in "my video" all suggestions would be appreciated.
 
What software are you trying to use to play your music..?

Don't know what you mean when you talk about your video, do you mean you
can't look at pictures..?
