problem with pc

hi my pc is not shuting down from start if i want to shut it down the only
way is to hold the power butten down for 5sec otherwise it would not shut
down if anybody knows anything about it please tell me i am getting error
messages too

1. Make sure your computer is completely virus/malware clean by going
through these steps systematically:

Sounds like unknown...It can be everything... -malware ,hardware failure or
software incompatiablities.
