Problem with passwords

Hello,

Recently on my home PC I have been unable to access sites
that require a password i.e my e-mail account or forums.
When I type in my e-mail address the link simply recycles
itself even though there is no password error and I can't
log in, anyone know how to help me?

Also I am now unable to close links before they at least
start loading the content which can be a while if I am
being spammed by pop-ups, both these problems have only
occured in the past few days, can anyone offer a fix or
assistance?

I guess there is a problem with the site rather than with IE. What forums
are you talking about? Whet is indicated as cipher strength in IE, Help,
About?

I prefer to keep answers in the newsgroups so anyone can contribute.

Now considering I can access these sites with any other computer and not this one, some how I doubt it's the site.
