Problem with Outlook and attachments

I've got a problem with one of our computers and for the life of me I
can't figure it out.

1. User can't save attachments from messages.
2. If he opens the attachment in Word, he can't do a "Save As"
3. Now, he can't attach files.

I've already checked the system for spyware and virus, nothing found.

FWIW, from the Microsoft side a new Knowledge Base Article (KBA) was
released on Apr 15th.

Thanks. I found this about 15 minutes after posting my question. MS
pushed a patch yesterday that resolved the issue.
