problem with outlook after updating to office sp3

After I upgraded to office XP sp3, every time I start up
my computer and open Outlook, I get the following message:

The data file 'Personal Folder' was not closed properly.
The file is being checked for problems.

I upgraded 2 computers to sp3 and both of them are doing
this. Can someone help?
