we are using exchange 5.5 and mostly outllok 2000.
we recently began rolling out XP pro machines with office 2003 installed.
Here is the problem even with Cached mode check the machine running outlook 2003 are having difficulty send and recieve mail. Some even when you push send / recieve say the folder is updated but the email does not come thru.
If you then close outlook 2003 and go to the mailserver thru outlook web it shows more email that is in the mailbox but it is not downloading to the machine inside outllook 2003.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
