Problem with Org. Chart

Hi,

We have just upgraded from Office 97 to Office 2003 and have run into a
problem. When we open a Power Point file that contains an org. chart and we
then try to edit this org. chart by double clicking, we get the following
pop up box:

"The Microsoft Organization Chart server application can't be found. Contact
your System Admin. to install the server application".

Well, I am the System Admin and I don't know what I missed in the upgrade.
I did a complete install.

Any suggestions?
