How can I edit my org chart using Office 2003 when created in 2000

My IT dept tells me MSFT removed the ability to edit previous versions of PPT
org charts. I have a complex org chart I created in 2000 that I cannot edit
using 2003.
When I double click on the org chart I get an error that says: The Microsoft
Organization Chart OLE server program is not installed on this computer. To
edit an organization chart object, you must have Microsoft Organization Chart
installed. To install this program, contact your system administrator for
assistance.
