Problem with OL sending external emails and making errors

I am trying to send Accpac accounting software remittances but with each
email OL makes me 'accept' that it is from an external source and 'yes' i am
expecting this email to be sent and no it's not a virus.

How can i make OL accept anything that comes from Accpac as okay. i send
about 25 emails this way per day and the process is becoming rather tedious
and time consuming.
