Problem with Notify me of replies button

There is a problem with Microsoft's "notify me of replies" button. When I
click the button, it fails. How can you get help if the group mail is not
working?

I was looking for answers from post from Ron on May 8 at 4:18 am regarding
marketing campaign question. I need to know how to link an account to the
marketing campaign window. I'm trying to keep track of my prepaid customers
by being able to pull these accounts with all amounts paid. Maybe I just
need a step by step method of creating and accessing these accounts. I may
be setting up my accounts in the wrong profile. I am using the trial software
and buying this product will depend on how fast I can learn how to use it.

Unfortunately, don't hold your breath. I pointed this bug out a couple of
months ago, took about an hour of my time providing detailed screen captures
of the problem to Microsoft, then was told:

"We have an open bug on this issue and the WebNews team is working on the
error. This will require a code fix for the site however we do not have an
ETA for when this issue will be resolved.

Thank you again for bringing this to our attention."

Another example of great customer service...

Maybe I won't buy this program. I'm finding out that there are just a lot of
problems with Microsofts programs. But they seem to be the only game in town.
Maybe I will just go to OUtlook express. I'm trying to move files to my
laptop but having problems with Vista as well.
