I was trying to check if your system has the patched version of uxtheme.dll.
It's now evident that it's not the case. BTW, I'm wondering why the
following modules show as "Unsigned"
- verclsid.exe
- xpsp3res.dll
Perhaps you can give "sfc /scannow" command a shot.

Download Sigcheck from Sysinternals site:
http://www.sysinternals.com/Utilities/Sigcheck.html
Unzip and extract the executable file to C:\Windows\System32 folder.
Open a Command Prompt window and go to C:\Windows\System32 folder.
Type "Sigcheck.exe -u -e"
Post back what's is displayed in the output.
