Problem with Messenger randomly signing in and out

I have had this problem recently on all versions of Messenger (5.0, 6.0 and
XP default Messenger)...

Messenger keeps signing out, and then signing in at random times ---
sometimes when I'm right in the middle of typing a message.

The only thing I can think of that changed when I started having this
problem is after I installed a SpyWare blocker tool. I have since
un-installed it, and re-installed MSN Messenger --- but I'm still having the
same problem.

Any ideas?

I'm having the same problems and have been looking for a
solution for days now. If you come across one let me know
please. You could try removing your firewall if you have
one. I struggled yesterday and eventually decided it was
my firewall but unfortunatley I can't disable it for
obvious reasons. I am constantly looking for updates on
the firewall software, as we don't use a hardware firewall.
