Problem with Logon.exe (win XP)

If I use 2 accounts or more on the logon then when I try to log in under any
of the accounts it bsod's. If I just use one account then it works fine.
Anyone seen anything like this before? Clean install with no applications
installed. Does it everytime I install.

Your clean install is broken.

To repair all system files, go to Start/Run, and type: SFC /SCANNOW
