problem with links

hi i have a problem when i try to click on a e-mail adress
or web address it keep coming up (unabale to load
mapi32.dll. try setting up your mail programe again) i
dont know what this means ?

Your file mapi32.dll may be corrupt or has been changed with the addition of
some software.

If you have Window 98 run SFC.EXE from the Start/Run applet and extract the
file from your CD.
