problem with language setting

I have an XP that was defaulted in English. I want to add
a program in so I can also type chinese. does anyone know
how to do it? thanks a lot.

go to control pannel-regional and language option. click language tab, then
tick "install files for east asian language". After a restart, go to the
same option window, click detail. now you can easily add chinese input
method clicking the add button.
