problem with labtop sleeping....need HELP!

Hi thanks for the help whoever it was with my "blue screen of death"
problem..i just needed to download a driver from logitec.
But now I have a problem with my very old sony vaio lab top again.
The screen just turns off every 10 minutes or so...when it is idle and i
dont' touch anything. I thought it was a power saver thing so I changed the
setting for the screen to turn off in like 30 minutes, but it still turns off
in like 10 minutes..please help me with this if you think you know what the
problem is...thanks..

Couple more questions if you have time...not windows related though...but
interesting as well...

1) I want to purchase a cd player for my 94 honda accord ex and i don't
know which one I should purchase. Can someone help me and explain what is all
that "watts" and "amps" mean and all that other audio vocab. Please help me
what the best car cd player i can get for about $100 - $200. thanks...scroll

2) More of a wondering than a question. So my friend purchased one of
those quick start real estate things from TV. This one is called "no down
payment" cd audio and "invester's edge" a video. It's by a guy named Carleton
H. Sheets. Do you guys think this will work, or is it a waste of time and
money? Has anyone tried something like this? please tell me ur
opinion...thanks

WTF's a 'labtop' {/sic/}? A top for a Labrador Retriever - or a top that can
only be worn in a laboratory? The word is 'la*p*top' with a *P*!!
