Problem with jumping/scroll wheel with IE6

I have a problem in IE6 - when I scroll (using the scroll
wheel) down the page, then I scroll back to the top of
the page - the page will either do like a "refresh" or it
may even jump back to the previous page - like someone
pressed the BACK BUTTON. I have verified this only
happens with IE6... it does not occur with Netscape or
Mozilla or any other browser... PLEASE HELP!

The scroll problem is the result of the November IE update. If you load the
February IE update, you should get rid of the problem.

I removed the check besides the option "Use smooth scrolling" in the Advanced tab of Internet Options. It's in the browsing, a few options above HTTP 1.1 settings.
