Mouse scroll wheel simulates Back button?

I find that scrolling a web page in IE6 using the scroll wheel (Logitech
mouse) causes page back/forward once I reach the top/bottom of a page. Is
this an IE6 "feature" or might it be associated with my particular mouse?
More important, how do I make it stop?

Did you install the SetPoint software that came with your mouse? Look
there for the setting you want to change.
